The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) issued a Presolicitation Notice for its 2018 Exploratory Advanced Research Program’s Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) with an anticipated posting date soon. Through the issuance of this BAA, FHWA anticipates sponsoring research addressing four topics: (1) Mobil Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs); (2) Video Analytics; (3) Artificial Realistic Data and (4) Supplementary or Alternative Materials for Highway Pavements and Structures.
