Project proposals should be a maximum of 4 pages (single column, minimum 10 pt font), plus 1 page for references, plus CV. All content components (proposal, references, CV) should be composed into a single PDF file.
For additional submission requirements, please see this website.
Deadline
Proposal submissions are accepted until September 15, 2017.
The ARA program funds projects conducted primarily by PhD students or post docs, under the supervision of the faculty member awarded the funds. To encourage collaboration and the sharing of insights, each funded proposal team is assigned an appropriate Amazon research contact. ARA recipients are invited to speak at Amazon offices worldwide about their work and to meet with research groups face-to-face and are encouraged to publish their research outcomes and commit related code to open-source code repositories.
