The goal of the Computing Community Consortium (CCC) is to catalyze the computing research community to debate longer range, more audacious research challenges; to build consensus around research visions; to evolve the most promising visions toward clearly defined initiatives; and to work with the funding organizations to move challenges and visions toward funding initiatives. The purpose of this blog is to provide a more immediate, online mechanism for dissemination of visioning concepts and community discussion/debate about them.

Call for White Papers for the 2024 Robotics Roadmap

It has since been used by government agencies, universities and companies as a reference about where robotics is going. The first roadmap was published 2009, then revised 2013, 2016 and 2020. The objective is to publish the 5th version of the roadmap by spring 2024. Due to major changes in the world and the robotics landscape, the CCC published a Mid-Cycle Update to the US National Robotics Roadmap this past April.
