Computing Community Consortium Blog

The goal of the Computing Community Consortium (CCC) is to catalyze the computing research community to debate longer range, more audacious research challenges; to build consensus around research visions; to evolve the most promising visions toward clearly defined initiatives; and to work with the funding organizations to move challenges and visions toward funding initiatives. The purpose of this blog is to provide a more immediate, online mechanism for dissemination of visioning concepts and community discussion/debate about them.

Congratulations to New Members of the National Academy of Engineering

CCC Welcomes Program Associate Catherine Gill!

We are excited to welcome Catherine (Cat) Gill as a new Program Associate for the Computing Research Association’s Computing Community Consortium (CCC) subcommittee. In her role, she will assist CCC staff with administrative tasks and logistical matters, such as organizing and coordinating workshops and research efforts. Most recently, she worked as an office manager for Hanover Research organized employee events and office communications. “CCC eagerly welcomes Catherine (Cat) Gill as a new Program Associate. NSF Seeks Active U.S. PIs to Participate in their Building Collaborations: U.S. – India Workshop

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is calling for U.S. PIs with an active NSF award  to apply for their Building Collaborations: U.S. – India Workshop. To be held virtually on March 15th and March 22nd from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM US Eastern Time, the workshop seeks to support research collaborations via a joint U.S.-India funding opportunity. CCC Welcomes New Program Associate Haley Griffin
